John-Henry holds accreditations for scheduling professionals from both the Project Management Institute as well as the AACE International. Along with an honours degree in Quantity Surveying, he holds a LLB degree and has completed the Association of Arbitrators of South Africa’s Specialisation in Construction Law course. He is a co-founder of Lincc Construction Claims and Delay Analysts and has extensive experience in all matters related to construction scheduling and claims.
John-Henry has been employed as Forensic Delay Analyst on a range of projects across the industries for buildings, civils, infrastructure, oil, renewable energy and has experience in the mining sector. He also provides expert evidence in legal proceedings.

Toit holds a PhD in Delay and Disruption Claims and Damages in relation to Construction Contracts from the University of Stellenbosch and is a co-founder of Lincc Construction Claims and Delay Analysts. He has extensive experience in all matters related to Construction Law with particular reference to disputes related to delay analysis.
Toit is skilled in drafting contract documentation and is regarded a specialist in terms of the FIDIC, GCC, JBCC and NEC contracts. He also has vast knowledge in relation to professional services agreements. Toit has lectured at the University of Stellenbosch over the past years and frequently presents training.
Toit is regarded an expert in relation to delay claims and damages and possesses a thorough understanding of delay analysis and how to effectively present such.
